Background
My name is Dhruv Patki. I am 17 years old, and the founder and CEO of The Washington Podcast. I started this when I was in the 8th grade after I took issue with how teenagers did not have a basic understanding of our governmental system. I realized that for our generation, this would be disastrous because it will be our responsibility to run the country one day. How can we make sound and informed decisions, if we don't understand our government? This started originally with just YouTube videos created entirely by me but has now grown into a team of regional correspondents who provide valuable insights beyond just the news.
Impact
Here's the thing, as a brand that promised to deliver reliable, unbiased political news content to its audience, we have a responsibility to inform, and inform fairly. to do that, Dhruv and his staff, do extensive research on a weekly basis to help deliver the best content possible.
